Description
Summary:The results of development of fluorescence calibration standards based on phosphate matrix glass activated with ions of rare-earth metals are presented. The calibration standards are designed for spectral correction of emission spectra and systemic monitoring of sensitivity fluctuations in spectrofluorimeters. The possibility of using them for the calibration of Raman spectrometers is considered.
