[...]of the research, it was found that the main technologies applied to solve the problems of production systems, animal welfare, thermal stress and air conditioning systems were Wireless Sensor Network, Internet of Things, Multiple Detection System, Ventilation Systems Positive and Negative and MQTT Telemetry Protocol. Según datos de la Asociación Brasileña de Proteína Animal - ABPA (ABPA, 2020), la República Federativa de Brasil ocupa el puesto número dos en el ranking mundial de producción de carne de pollo, y el primer puesto como mayor exportador de este tipo de proteína, con 4.214 millones de toneladas, abasteciendo a más de 150 países, destacando como principales destinos China, Corea del Sur y Singapur.
