Summary:Key Points Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is the most common genetic cardiac disease. Reverse cardiac remodeling after alcohol septal ablation has been reported in patients with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy who are symptomatic despite medical therapy.
