Summary: | The superhydrophobic-conductive anti-corrosion mode has attracted much more attention due to the huge economic losses of stainless steel corrosion. Here, a brand-new strong superhydrophobic-conductive polyaniline-polysiloxane (PANIC-RA-POS) anti-corrosion coating was prepared. The internal conductive and dense interpenetrating network polyaniline layer can effectively reduce electrochemical corrosion, the external superhydrophobic polysiloxane layer can effectively decrease chemical corrosion, the adhesive layer obviously improves the binding force of polyaniline and polysiloxane layer, and furthermore, it has excellent protection efficiency, corrosion durability and binding force. |
