Summary: | The latest results in the field of design of and research on organic-inorganic perovskites are summarized. The influence of chemical and physical factors, in particular the ratio of starting reagents, such as solvents, including polymers, temperature, and light radiation, on the formation of perovskite films and the features of their crystal structure are considered. The ways to increase the efficiency of film solar cells on the basis of such materials, as well as the possibility of creating composite materials using perovskites and organic dyes, are analyzed. The possibilities of using such systems are discussed. |
