Summary: | The influence of oscillations of a conic body with a nose blunted over a sphere on the conjugate heat and mass transfer in its heat-resistant coating in the case where the material of the conical part of the body is subjected to thermomechanical failure as a result of the flow of a high-enthalpy gas over it was investigated. Results of a numerical investigation of the three-dimensional supersonic flow over such a body executing an oscillatory motion in the pitch plane are presented. |
