Summary:Cordyceps militaris is a valuable medicinal mushroom that has been interested in research by scientists around the world, which has high value in promoting health, immunoregulatory, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and cancer prevention. Following our previous research, the extraction process in pilot scales was built on the results of the project Nguyen Tat Thanh University “Research and propose the process of extracting extracts from Cordyceps militaris in Kon Tum province”, which was deployed and accepted in 2020.
