Summary: | This paper describes the design features and characteristics of the "Fast-acting shut-off and control ball valve" proposed for possible replacement of the existing natural gas supply control systems of boilers and other gas-dispersing plants at the power plant. Application of FSCBV provides improvement of reliability and efficiency of gas economy of TPP due to design features, as well as application of technology of Industrial Internet of Things, which allows on the basis of statistical data to perform qualitative regulation, as well as prediction of possible failures. |
