Summary:Cadmium is one of the most toxic elements to humans, animals, plants and microorganism. In human Cadmium also has toxic effects on the skeleton, respiratory system and nervous system. In microorganism catalysts in enzymatic reactions and the regulation of osmotic balance, while in animal present cause a marked increase in blood pressure, blood iron deficiency, liver disease, and nerve and brain damage. Also found that lead to high mobility and toxicity at low concentrations in plants.
