Because it is not unusual to find the coexistence of two or more diagnosable conditions in the same patient or at least symptomatic overlap with several complicated states. [24,25] It was used in numerous controlled clinical studies to treat anxiety disorders, but the subjects included in these studies were heterogeneous i.e., they were diagnosed with agoraphobia, specific phobia, social phobia, adjustment disorder with anxiety. [36] In a double-blind, placebo-controlled study this medical herb significantly show the better response and help in the suppression of anxiety and panic responses.
