The risk factors of vascular malformations are quite widespread and include behavioral aspects like nervous exaggerations or stressful situations, and physiological like inadequate physical activity, smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, or fat and carbohydrates abundance in nutrition. According to World Health Organization, stroke is one of the most common epidemiological diseases widely spread in the world21 assuming high mortality and disability rates.
