Description
Summary:Teneligliptin is a Dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor that has lately appeared as a new antidiabetic class that shows positive outcomes in improved glycaemic control.DPP-4 inhibitors boost effective GLP1 1 Peptide 1 Hormone) and GIP (Glucosedependent insulin tropic peptide) concentrations by inhibiting DPP-4 enzymatic activity, thus improving glucose-dependent hyperglycemia in patients with diabetes by raising serum insulin levels and lowering serum glucagon levels. Absorption was estimated at 246nm, and percent recovery results were reported Precision: Excelling replicability with the present relative standard deviation (RSD percentage) under 2.0 percent was the precision (intra-day measurements, interday, repetitiveness) results. Development and validation of UV spectrophotometric method and high-performance thin-layer chromatographic (HPTLC) method for estimation of teneligliptin hydrobromide in pharmaceutical preparation.
