Since earlier times plants as a source of pharmaceutical agents have continued to play a leading role in upholding human health11. According to S.R. Kane et al., 2009, the ethanol extract of Euphorbia thymifolia exhibited greater zone of inhibition against Staphylococcus aureus21. According to Parameswari et al., 2012, who reported that the methanol extract of Solanum nigrum exhibits highest antibacterial activity against all the test bacteria29. |
