Summary: | Original experimental data on the viscosity of liquid Al–In alloys are presented. Measuring results are discussed within the concept of microheterogeneity of metal melts in the context of studying the conditions for the existence of microheterogeneity. Based on the experimental data, a conclusion is reached about the patterns of the evolution of microheterogeneity upon a change in the melt temperature, and a numerical estimate is made of the parameters of the microheterogeneous structure of liquid Al–In alloys, particularly the size of dispersed particles. |
