Exposure therapy for youth with comorbid ADHD: Challenges and solutions
Exposure‐based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the gold standard of treatment for both anxiety disorders and Obsessive‐Compulsive Disorder (OCD). During exposure therapy, patients gradually confront and closely attend to feared stimuli while resisting safety behaviors or compulsions.
