Summary:In this work, we report the results of fabrication of heterostructures of two-dimensional graphene-like transition metal dichalcogenides MoS2 and MoSe2 by modified polymer stamp transfer technique. Photoluminescence microscopy/spectroscopy studies confirms the creation of heterostructures with the properties that are different from the ones of each single material.
