Sb2S3-based bulk/nano planar heterojunction (BnPHJ) films are promising photoelectric conversion materials for photovoltaics. Here, a solution-processing polymer/graphene composite film is employed as hole transporting layer in Sb2S3/TiO2-BnPHJ solar cells for the first time. The morphology and hole mobility of the composite film is investigated by SEM, AFM, SCLC techniques, and IMVS and EIS are applied to study the charge transport and recombination mechanism in the solar cells. The Sb2S3/TiO2-BnPHJ solar cells delivers a power conversion efficiency of 5.72% and a good stability. |
