Mathematical Description of the Mixing Process in a Static Mixer Using a Vortex Mixing Device

The article is devoted to the mathematical description of the process of obtaining an emulsion in a static mixer using vortex mixing devices. The mechanism of fragmentation of oil droplets in water under turbulent flow regime is considered.
