Summary: | The article discusses the use of sets of equipment for mining and construction of road tunnels with the use of a self-propelled vehicle and bunker loaders to transport the mined rock. A patented design of the tunneling combine loading body, which allows adjusting its performance and power consumption in the loading mode, is considered. Reducing stress in extreme situations will make it possible to avoid overloading the drive and increase the reliability of the combine as a whole. The scheme of one of the most promising variants of the wedge bunker loader with variable geometry of the conveying elements is presented. The proposed design solves the problem of "locking" the material in narrow parts of the conveying body or in places where loading and transport bodies of different width are connected, as well as in the blast-and-heap mode of the loader. |
