Summary: | A numerical-analytical theoretical technique for taking into account the influence of scatter errors of the experimental values of initial parameters when studying the propagation characteristics of bulk electroelastic waves in anisotropic piezocrystalline and piezoceramic media based on models that take into account the coupled mechanical deformation and electromagnetic interactions is presented. The analyzed problems to the development of advanced design solutions for creating components of acoustoelectronic devices wish required the receipt of the most reliable estimates for the velocities and amplitude attenuation parameters of wave information signals are related. The developed approach is based on the transition in the ratios of deterministic models of the propagation of electroelastic waves in piezoelectric materials to fuzzy-set arguments by phased fragmented application of methods of fuzzy-interval arithmetic's and of the use of heuristic generalizations principle in the alpha-level form. Examples of application of the developed calculation methodic are presented. |
