All-oxide heterojunction solar cells formed by magnetron sputtering
All-oxide solar cells based on ZnO/Cu2O heterostructure were grown by the magnetron sputtering deposition at elevated temperatures. An effect of ZnO and Cu2O films thickness on the solar cells characteristics was demonstrated. The open circuit voltage of 315 mV and the density of a short-circuit cur...

Summary: | All-oxide solar cells based on ZnO/Cu2O heterostructure were grown by the magnetron sputtering deposition at elevated temperatures. An effect of ZnO and Cu2O films thickness on the solar cells characteristics was demonstrated. The open circuit voltage of 315 mV and the density of a short-circuit current of 0.5 mA/cm2 under AM1.5 illumination were measured for optimized ZnO/Cu2O based solar cell. |
