Summary: | In this paper, we obtained nanoparticles based on ABX3 type of metal halide perovskites using the growth method of colloidal quantum dots in non-polar environment. The development of technological processes allowed us to synthesize the studied nanoparticles with room temperatures. The dependence of the photoluminescence intensity of the concentration of sols dots was determined using the photoluminescence method in the range from 400 to 700 nm. The effect of various stabilizers on the optical properties of nanoparticles was studied and the optimal composition of the stabilizer was defined. The method of dynamic light scattering was used to estimate the approximate dimensions of the synthesized ABX3 type of metal halide nanoparticles. |
