Analysis of the temperature dependence of the luminescence spectra of liquid-crystal nanocomposites with a cadmium selenide quantum dots

A theoretical model is proposed for describing the interaction of excitons with phonons and defect states in semiconductor nanocrystals. On the basis of this model, numerical simulation was performed and experimental data on the temperature dependence of the absorption and fluorescence spectra of ca...

Description
Summary:A theoretical model is proposed for describing the interaction of excitons with phonons and defect states in semiconductor nanocrystals. On the basis of this model, numerical simulation was performed and experimental data on the temperature dependence of the absorption and fluorescence spectra of cadmium selenide quantum dots in liquid crystal solid solutions of cadmium caprylate was discussed.
