Summary:The conductivity in Nd2-xCexCuO4/SrTiO3 single-crystal films with the c-axis perpendicular or parallel to the substrate plane was studied. A comparison of the results for two types of films reveals the quasi-two-dimensional character of transport processes in stoichiometric (optimally annealed) single crystal films with 0.135 ≤ x ≤ 0.15 at the antiferromagnetic - superconducting phase transition.
