Summary: | In this study, the effect of COVID-19 on the aviation industry is discussed in terms of its effect on the attitudes of employees on Crew Resource Management (CRM). In addition, this study investigates whether there was a significant difference in CRM attitudes of cabin crew before COVID-19 and during the COVID-19 process. The findings of the study are essential for a safe flight operation. The COVID-19 process is the period that started with the World Health Organization’s global epidemic declaration in March 2020. In this study, with the participation of 250 cabin crew members working in a corporate airline company, the data obtained showed no significant difference between the CRM attitudes of cabin crews before COVID-19 and during the COVID-19 process. |
