Improvement of the integration model of transport and logistics companies during the digitalization of business processes

The current conditions for the development of the Russian economy are characterized by the presence of political and social barriers, that can be overcome by the introduction of digital technologies. The area of contract management and infrastructure requires special attention in terms of informatization of business processes. The theoretical basis of the study were provisions on the development of logistics outsourcing in the organization of business processes with a focal point on railway transport. As a methodological problem, the issues of functional and organizational integration of companies, in the transport and logistic service market, with participation of partners of holding company OAO “Russian Railways” (Russian Railways, JSC) are being addressed. The informational base of the study is the economic and statistical indicators of the transport market development published in the free press, as well as the data from regional statistical reporting. As a scientific result an adjusted model of functional integration of the activities of transport and logistics companies with a focal point of management on the territorial section of the railway is considered.
