Description
Summary:Evolutionary analysis by Maximum Likelihood method conducted by MEGA X. Phylogenetic trees generated from multiple sequence alignment of nucleotides with the highest percentage identity sequences. The evolutionary history was inferred by using the Maximum Likelihood method and the Tamura-Nei model Total RNA was extracted from diseased leaves of 14 individual plants using a QIAGEN RNeasy Plant Mini Kit according to the manufacturer's protocol. RT-PCR products from the 14 samples were visualised in a 1% agarose gel and were the expected size (435 bp).
