Summary:Mobile banking is an emerging trend among all segments of people across all geographical regions of India. Mobile banking increases the hope that financial services given through mobile phones can remove all constraints of conventional banking and enhance financial inclusion of people in simple and easy ways. The findings of this study reveal that significant difference exists between insight of customers on mobile banking of public sector banks and their personal features. Convenient, security for transactions, cost-effective, user-friendly, privacy for personal information and minimum efforts are the features that have positive and significant influence on the financial inclusion of customers of public sector banks. Thus, public sector banks should cost-effectively provide mobile banking and must ensure privacy for personal information. These measures will enhance financial inclusion of customers of public sector banks.
