Summary:Synergistic Cancer Therapy In article number 2100950 by Bin Qin, Jin Sun, and co‐workers, a both‐in‐one hybrid bacteria, wherein the chemotherapeutic drug doxorubicin is integrated onto the surface of glucose dehydrogenase‐overexpressed non‐pathogenic Escherichia coli strain, potentiates stimulated systemic antitumor immune responses, thereby significantly inhibiting tumor metastasis, postsurgical regrowth, and primary/distal tumor relapse in four different tumor models.
