description | Dispatch control during the transportation of hydrocarbons is an important component of process safety ensured by highly qualified specialists. The paper presents a system of management decisions based on the analysis of the work of dispatchers in oil and gas transport facilities. To create the system, Tyumen Industrial University developed a new technology for monitoring the effectiveness of dispatch control during safety control and methodological support using neural network technologies and machine learning at oil and gas storage facilities. As an example, different aspects of monitoring of dispatch control of processes and systems are considered in the paper. The use of developed expert systems makes it possible to monitor the performance of dispatch control of technogenic events thus preventing possible undesirable threats. |
