Summary: | The scroll compressor (SСC) has high energy characteristics and the ability to smoothly regulate the capacity, which is advantageously used in various operating modes of the refrigeration unit. However, the refrigeration capacity advantage of the compressor only appears when the condensing and evaporating pressure difference is reduced. The performance of a scroll compressor can be assessed by the flow rate, which is influenced by leaks. The purpose of this article is to classify the slots of the working parts of the scroll compressor, through the channels of which the working substance leaks. In this case, the accuracy of determining the feed coefficient will depend on the perfection of the method for calculating the leakage of the compressed medium. Consideration of external factors and the validity of assumptions play an important role here. |
