Summary: | [...]the conditions of under-medicalization of our health structures and the precariousness of the technical platforms compared to those of the developed countries must lead our practitioners to integrate simple and effective techniques for the care of patients. In the developed countries the most used treatment is arterial embolization or endovascular balloon occlusion which are not available in our context of daily practice.9,11'12 The evolution was favorable without any complication in the reported case (Figure 4). The evolution depends on the precocity of the diagnosis and the treatment plan that stays surgical in the presnt context by artery binding versus arterial embolization or endo-vessel balloon occlusion in developed countries. |
