Description
Summary:A technique called (track drilling) has been applied to determine concentration of Radon, Radium and Uranium in female blood samples was collected 34 blood samples were taken from the Middle Euphrates Cancer Center distributed among three groups, control, new cases and, female who take chemotherapy. The effects showed that the radon, radium and uranium concentrations in female samples plasma for healthy people had less than the group that took chemotherapy, and the value of the concentrations was the highest in new infections, followed by those who took chemotherapy where the daily number of alpha particles for radon progeny(po218,po214) was the lowest in the healthy population, while the highest number among new infections, and it was a medium between the two for those with chemotherapy. The highest value of radon area exhalation rate was for health group while the lowest for chemotherapy group, This also applies to radioactivity. This is consistent with global studies.
