Description
Summary:The power of the LR-0 reactor was measured in absolute units using the improved correlation analysis method. The essence of the method is the separation of the fluctuating component of current in the experimental ionization chamber on the level of an average value for this chamber. The fluctuating component is amplified by the a U7-6 device. The result of amplification is written to intermediate storage in cycles of 16 384 numbers. These experimental data are used for calculation of the correlation function and the sought reactor parameters. Data acquisition cycles and calculation of the correlation function are repeated a given number of times until an acceptable measurement precision is achieved.
