Summary:We consider the solution of the problem of synthesizing a nonlinear controller for a dynamic plant belonging to the class of nonaffine time-invariant plants with uncertain parameters and structure containing a state delay and a neutral delay and operating under conditions of constant exogenous disturbances. The following methods are used for the solution: V.M. Popov’s hyperstability criterion, -dissipativity conditions, implicit reference model, and high-speed filter correctors.
