Iron‐Catalyzed Alkene Trifluoromethylation in Tandem with Phenol Dearomatizing Spirocyclization: Regioselective Construction of Trifluoromethylated Spirocarbocycles
In the presence of Fe(III) complex and Bipy ligand, CF3‐containing spirocarbocycles were conveniently obtained in 20–99% yields with high regioselectivity through Iron‐catalyzed trifluoromethylation of unactivated alkenes coupled with phenol dearomatizing spirocyclization.
