These links represent major and minor arterials. The collected data include flow, speed and geometric characteristics for each link and node in the network. The traffic assignment model (Stochastic User Equilibrium) in TransCAD software was adopted in this study. The results indicated that the value (v/c) for most of these roads is more than one which indicated congested roads.
