Summary:In this paper, we propose an experimental feasible scheme to implement mixed quantum Rabi model in the coupled system of qubits and harmonic oscillator via periodic modulation. All effective parameters of the simulated system can be adjusted by tuning the frequencies, the amplitudes and the initial phase of the driving fields. We can obtain a mixed quantum Rabi model with one-photon and two-photon terms by tuning the driving parameters. The effective parameters in mixed quantum Rabi model can be adjusted by tuning the driving parameters, and the one-photon and two-photon terms can be switched on and off coherently. The performance of the effective Hamiltonian is studied by numerical simulation. As an application of mixed quantum Rabi model, the preparation of squeezed cat states are also investigated.
