Summary:The population of scarab beetles was monitored through ultra violet light traps installed in mid and high hills of Himachal Pradesh. The light traps were used for about four months from June–September, 2019. During this survey, 61 species of scarabaeid beetles were collected and out of these, five species are new records from Himachal Pradesh, which are presented in this paper.
