Summary: | The influence of the concentration of copper particles, compatibilizers based on low- and high-density polyethylene graft copolymers and grafted methacrylic acid chains, as well as a functionalized polymer, on the regularity of changes in the peeling resistance of copper and aluminum foil is considered. The effect of the pressing temperature of a foil-clad polymer composite on the character of adhesive destruction of the above-mentioned composites is described. It has been shown that composites with a graft copolymer of polyethylene with methacrylic acid as a polymer matrix have relatively high peeling resistance. |
