Calculation of the Efficiency of the Higher Order Mode Damping in a 350 MHz Accelerating Cavity Using Waveguide Power Output Devices
In this paper, two options for damping higher order modes (HOMs) using rectangular waveguides and corrugated cylindrical waveguides are considered. The tuning of the two structures is conducted and their electrodynamic characteristics (EDCs) are calculated.
