Description
Summary:We describe a case of a 37-year-old man with painless left inguinal bulging due to a 5-cm solid mass adjacent to spermatic cord. Ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy was performed and histopathological examination revealed a mammary-type myofibroblastoma. Despite being rare, this is an emblematic case of a spermatic cord tumor which could be managed with marginal surgical excision, preserving spermatic cord, because of preoperative diagnosis.
