Summary:Virtual Reality presents itself as a promising technological tool which may constitute an opportunity for organizations to develop new communication paradigms that may translate into competitive advantages. The application of Virtual Reality within the tourism sector could create new opportunities and reach audiences that would not be reachable in a traditional way. In this context, we consider it opportune to develop a collaborative platform that promotes the availability of Virtual Reality content. For this purpose, we present a model and proposal for the development of a collaborative web portal that allows different entities to streamline the availability of content, as well as the development of a Virtual Reality application, with dynamic content, for users.
