Summary: | The MURCS association consists of Müllerian duct aplasia, renal aplasia, and cervicothoracic dysplasia. A 13 5/12 year-old-girl who suffered from abdominal pain was operated on with the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. The presence of uterovaginal atrezia and right renal agenezis which were incidentally discovered peroperatively, with the additional later finding of cervicothoracic dysplasia led to the diagnosis of MURCS association. |
