Summary: | Analytical stationary solutions of a time-dependent Schrödinger equation with a parabolic potential and a strong homogeneous high-frequency electric field are found. Based on these solutions, a generalized method for the description of electron transport in systems with rectangular and triangular potential wells and barriers in such fields is developed, which is applicable to structures with parabolic potentials. |
