Summary: | The article characterizes the steady trend towards the use of the concept of zero trust in the world practice of information security and identifies problems in its implementation in terms of users of information systems of the organization. The negative impact of this approach on the informational behavior of organizations’ employees is substantiated. The necessity of improving the zero-trust model for eliminating and preventing information security incidents caused by users and the possibility of using the heuristic potential of the theory of information security culture, the theory of trust and the theory of self-determination for these purposes is shown. |
