Correlation of Vibroacoustic Signal with Ceramic Component Wear During Frictional Interaction with a Steel Disc
Complete correlation between dimensions of the wear area on specimens made of oxide-carbide ceramics and the root-mean-square value of vibration acceleration in frequency ranges 2 – 4, 5 – 8, 10 – 16 kHz during frictional interaction with a steel disk is established using the procedure developed. Summary: | Complete correlation between dimensions of the wear area on specimens made of oxide-carbide ceramics and the root-mean-square value of vibration acceleration in frequency ranges 2 – 4, 5 – 8, 10 – 16 kHz during frictional interaction with a steel disk is established using the procedure developed. The relationship revealed is recommended for developing vibration diagnosis of ceramic cutting tool and tribological assembly component condition. |
