Summary:This work is based on the investigation of the odd Z=38 isotopes, which lies from proton drip line to the valley of stability, in the vicinity of the 78 N i core. Our study includes the determination of energy spectra and electromagnetic properties of these nuclei. The calculations were performed in the framework of the nuclear shell model by means of the  NuShellX @ MSU code. Using the calculated single particle energies, the monopole effect consideration introduces some modifications on the jj44bpn effective interaction. The resulting interaction is used to calculate some nuclear properties of the studied nuclei. The results are then compared with the available experimental data.
