Annealing of the iron-nickel alloy of the extraterrestrial origin at the spinodal decomposition temperature

Description
Summary:The present work continues the heat treatment of the Seymchan meteorite study. The annealing influence on the cloudy zone structure of the Seymchan meteorite was studied different fragments at the spinodal decomposition temperatures. Four fragments were heated up to 400 °C and 500 °C from pallasite and octahedrite parts of the Seymchan meteorite (Pallasite Main Group). Changes in the cloudy zone’s structure at 500 °C were determined.
