Description
Summary:The electrochemical behavior of glassy carbon electrodes modified with PrBaCo2O6 (PBCO), Pr0.5Ba0.5MnO3 (PBMO3) and PrBaMn2O6 (PBMO6) were investigated toward hydrogen peroxide. The PBCO–based electrode revealed high electrooxidation performance toward H2O2 with the sensitivity of 870.17 μA·mM−1cm−2. The reduce hydrogen peroxide occurs on the PBMO6–based electrode with the sensitivity of 521.14 µA·mM−1cm−2. Moreover, in the power generation mode, the same tendencies are traced on electrodes concerning the reactions of conversion of hydrogen peroxide. A fuel cell was assembled, generating stable current and cell potential.
